Niagara Falls porch renovation

Here we have our before photo. The client contacted us to replace decking, steps, awning with railing, and re-face the lower stucco.

Here's the after. We transformed this porch with rebuilt steps and decking, sleek white vertical siding, and a brand-new insulated awning with a built-in eavestrough system—keeping the look fresh and ensuring our clients stay dry while using the stairs. 

Here’s the “before” photo. This backyard was in need of a complete transformation, and our focus was on blending aesthetics with function—enhancing both the landscaping and lightscaping to create a space that truly shines. 

Here we have the after. This backyard makeover features a 16x16 insulated patio cover with a ceiling fan, stylish Ashley Furniture patio set, and a relaxing rock garden with a hot tub. This project was to transform the garden beds, knock out the old concrete steps, build a brand new 10x10 deck with black aluminum railings.

 The result turned out beautifully! We cleared out all the overgrown weeds, installed a rock garden using 3/4" river rock, and created a new walkway surrounded by a variety of perennial plants, ornamental grasses, and solar lighting. We also removed the old concrete steps and replaced them with a brand-new 10x10 deck, complete with custom aluminum railings.

We installed solar walkway lighting, a spotlight and puck lighting beneath several plants to bring it to life after dark.  Please note: this was taken before the railing was installed, before we dug in the pathway stones and before the walkway lighting was evenly spaced.  

We discovered major rot to our clients Fascia board. This is something the average homeowner would not be able to detect. we replaced these old boards with new wood to make the installation of Fascia and eavestrough possible. 

Taylor has a very strong background in eavestrough installation. Here he is hand-cutting a miter on the lower porch. This is a skill that is absolutely essential for a seamless gutter installation.
